I have to admit. I was skeptical of this chocolate. Good chocolate in Utah? We chocolate snobs weren't so sure it was possible. But, it was not only good chocolate. It was FABULOUS chocolate. In fact, my chocolate-aholic husband deemed Utah Truffles to be "the best chocolate ever." And that is something coming from him!
I am more of a cookie-kind of girl, so I was uber-excited to bite into the Chocolate Covered Cookies. I may or may not have downed the entire bag on my own. I also really loved the Chocolate Covered Cinnamon Bears. Jason's favorite were the Mint Truffles. I opened the chocolate box to taste one myself, and they were GONE. It only took my husband 2 days to devour the entire box.
These chocolates are very high quality. Made from the best Belgium chocolate and natural ingredients. And you can taste the difference when you eat them. None of that waxy-taste that usually accompanies American chocolates. Utah Truffles' chocolate is smooth and delicious. Decadent to say the least.
Will be purchasing soon. Perhaps for Father's Day. (My husband doesn't believe a dessert is a dessert unless it is chocolate. He also asked me to tell you all that the mint truffles are his new favorite food.)

ReplyDeleteUtah Truffles are the best. They are 100% better than the other 2 popular ones in Utah. Any other choc leaves a waxy taste in my mouth. Utah Truffles are so smoooooth and heavenly. I am almost tasteing it now, and my mouth is watering. Keep making them
